We're committed to making the return process as simple as possible, while honoring our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Before initiating a return, please consider that additional shipping creates environmental impact. If you're simply unsure about your purchase, we're happy to assist with any questions that might help you decide if the item is right for you.

Return Guidelines

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery according to the tracking number and items received back within 28 days.
• Item Condition: All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please email returns@earthlymarket.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll guide you through the process.

Important Details

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Not Eligible: Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Items purchased using a discount code remain eligible for returns
• Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
